We help customers with vehicle insurance, RTO-related work (green tax, fitness certificate, RC transfer, NOC, permit and driving licence) and financial advisory. We assist with documentation, applications and follow-up. Policies, licences, certificates and permits are issued only by the respective insurance company or government authority.
2. Insurance
- Insurance is the subject matter of solicitation.
- Policy coverage, premium, exclusions and claim settlement are decided by the insurance company as per the policy terms and conditions.
- Please read your policy documents carefully before buying and keep them safe.
3. RTO and government services
- Approval, rejection and processing time of any application are at the discretion of the RTO / Transport Department or other authority.
- Government fees, taxes and penalties are payable as per actuals, in addition to our service charges.
- Our service charges will be told to you before we start the work.
4. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide genuine, complete and correct documents and information. We are not responsible for delays, rejections or losses caused by incorrect, incomplete or false information or documents.
5. Financial advisory
Any financial guidance we give is general in nature and based on the information you share with us. Final decisions are yours. Investment and market-linked products are subject to market risks; please read all scheme and policy documents carefully before investing.
6. Payments and refunds
Premiums paid to insurance companies and fees paid to government authorities are governed by their own refund and cancellation rules. Refunds of our service charges, if any, will be decided based on the work already completed.
